Process
The process to adopt a Poodle pup from Swygart Collection LLC is a thorough process to ensure that the puppies are placed with just the right family. Once you decided on the pup you would like and have contacted the breeder you will be required to submit a deposit to reserve your pup. This is an important part because they only have a few litters a year. Once we open our deposit list, we will start collecting deposits to reserve your puppy. New families will have the opportunity to video call the puppy to see them. The puppies will be ready to go to their new home at 8-10 weeks. Puppies can also be shipped using our flight nanny service for ($500.00), so please contact me if you're interested!
There are no returns unless there is something medically wrong with the puppy.
Payments
Our puppy deposit is $300.00 and is non-refundable but transferable to another litter. The deposit will be deducted from the purchase price. If you don't want a puppy from a current litter, it can always be deferred to a later litter.
We accept cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Affirm, PayPal, Klarna, or Credit Card. Credit Card payments will have an additional 4% added to cover charges issued from Square. We have also added the option of paying online through our secure processing payment center allows all major credit cards so let me know if you would like to use this option.
Puppies must be paid for in full by 8 weeks of age. They also need to be picked up by the scheduled pickup date. If this is impossible, however, we will gladly board your new baby for up to a week at 40 dollars extra per day up to ten days.
